Purchasing Policy
All instruments from our current inventory will be shipped after full payment is received, including shipping and insurance charges. Payment can be made by Visa/Mastercard , money order, cashier’s check or personal check; funds must clear the bank before shipment is made.
Warranty Information
All NEW Augustino LoPrinzi Guitars are covered by a limited warranty to the original owner for one year against defective materials or imperfect workmanship. (See Warranty page for complete details). Used instruments are sold on an "AS IS" basis. Any damage, flaws, defects will be clearly and accurately stated.
Satisfaction Guarantee
All instruments are shipped on a 48-hour approval. If you are not completely satisfied with your instrument you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping/insurance charges).
Return Policy
If, after 48 hours, you decide to return the instrument, you may do so after calling to inform us of the return. The instrument must be returned in the original box with the original packing material and insured for the full amount of the purchase price. A full refund, minus shipping/insurance charges, will be issued, providing the instrument is returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
